Our personal trainer works with you on your individual goals, adjusting your plan as your body changes, and providing the structure needed to keep you motivated in your goals.
In-person Coaching

Following an in-depth 1-1 consultation to discuss your goals and targets, we will develop your bespoke training programme and nutrition requirements. Session duration may vary, depending on the intensity of your activities.
Online Coaching
Our Online Coaching option is ideal for working out remotely. Following your consultation, we will arrange set times and introduce you to our online Stag Fitness community to share your fitness journey.

Fitness Classes
